RETURNS & DAMAGES
All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. Although we are experts at packing fragile items, rare occurrences of damage can occur. Please keep original packaging intact and email Customer Care for claim instructions or follow the procedure in the enclosed return form you will receive. We will ask for photos of the damage to help expedite replacement or refund.

We will gladly accept returns on first quality merchandise within 30 days of shipment date. Items returned within 30 days are eligible for an exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the form of payment used at the time of purchase).
