Just a charming Antique Victorian Hand Painted Blue & White Flowers Porcelain Ceramic Oval Pin. This large Oval 1 7/8″ x 1 1/2″ pin has hand painted beautiful  flowers in a green foliage setting. The pin is gold tone plated and is in excellent vintage condition.
