Art Nouveau Victorian Glass Hand Painted 3 Corner Dressing Table Dish

Approx 5.5 inches across.
Hand painted blue with gold accents.
Looks like at one point flowers were painted in the center.
Some paint has worn off in several areas.
Glass is frosted.
My Grandmother had this on her dresser in the 1960’s,
It was most likely her Mother’s dish
I don’t know the age, but It looks like Art Nouveau to me.
It is probably well over a hundred years old.
