    This doll is completely made of paper. Mirren Barrie enjoyed experimenting with different materials, which is evident here.
    He is “The Jester”, dressed in a pleated paper jester outfit, trimmed with gold tone edging.
    His headpiece is made of a washi-type of paper, which is very soft and pliable, almost feeling like fabric.
    His arms and legs are made of a stiffer orange paper.
    The Jester shoes match the hat.
    The face is 3-dimensional, with the nose and the forehead made of separate pieces.
    Features are drawn on.
    Brown hair is painstakingly and carefully cut into bangs.
    This interesting doll is signed on the bottom, “The Jester by Mirren Barrie 1997 all paper”
    I think Mirren had a good time experimenting and making this guy!
