Vintage 1920s-1930s Doll – Porcelain Face, Hands – original clothing – Kestner?

You are buying a vintage doll in original clothing.
She might be a Kestner, based on her looks
The doll originally belonged to a woman who was born in 1916.
Best guess is that she received this doll in the 1920’s-1930’s.
Her face and hands are either porcelain or bisque.
Her feet and legs are covered with brown stockings (no shoes), so I do not know what they are made of.
There are 2 holes on the back of her neck, indicating that the head, neck and shoulders were made using one mold.
The body appears to be made from leather.  It is very tightly stuffed, indicating that it might be stuffed with sawdust.
Her eyes open when upright or seated and close when she is lying down.
The mouth is slightly open, showing a top row of teeth.  She has a dimple (slight indentation) on her chin.  Her skin is pale but her cheeks are rosy.
Her hair, which appears to be a wig, is glued on.
She has several layers of clothes on (original clothing).  She has an undershirt and a long sleeved blouse with lace at the wrists.  The blouse appears to be attached to a slip.  She is wearing pantaloons and has another half slip.
